80Sgt Dunson is a Combat Veteran
Sgt Dunson is a Combat Veteran of the U.S Army that has incorporated his experiences in the military into music. Sgt Dunson served 5 years in the U.S. Army as an 11 bravo Infantry man from September 2003 till April 2008 before being honorably discharged. PTSD definitely played a hugh part of Sgt Dunson's departure from the U.S. Army but thankfully he was still Honorably discharged unlike so many others. The Sergeant spent a year and a half in Iraq consecutively where he recieved a CIB and several other military commendations. He was also promoted to the Rank of Sergeant pay grade E-5 while in Iraq. Sgt Dunson's music speaks directly from his frontline experiences.

This is a very valuable and important piece of writing. We owe our soldiers so much. They need help and it is long term help that is necessary. It's time to bring them home and be there for them. Voted up and awesome.

That has to be the dumbest most ignorant song I have ever heard. He wants to blame the Army or government for all his fucked up problems. Man up dude. Ive been in the Army for twelve years and have seen combat in three different tours in Iraq. I have seen my friends die or be mangled. I have also seen friends of mine with PTSD be very successful after they got out of the army. Who helped them and continue to help them? The Government. There are countless programs to help veterans. Not to mention they pay disability to vets with PTSD. Dont hear that in this stupid song. Next time you put that gun to your head dunson pull the trigger. Put yourself out of your own misery dont subject the rest of us to your shit.

I was shocked once I became aware of actually how many people suffer from PTSD. When ever I have the opportunity to provide information on any health related topics I always do my best to get it out to those in need.
